Biography

I've always played around with some type of arts or crafts, selling at the Kingston Farmers Market for a few years before getting serious about painting. Entering my 3rd year as a co-op member of the Kingston Art Gallery, I like to capture "Moments in Time" through my photorealistic style. Lately, my art has been re-energized and I'm on a new spiritual path. Animals and their spirit totems have entered my life and my art. I'm currently working on a Kestrel Mandala. A kestrel is the smallest hawk, also called the sparrow hawk. It teaches us to look at the "big picture", to learn patience, and go in grace. Three huge lessons for me personally right now. I'm also working on a series of small, 5x5" pieces, also with spirit totems involved. Watch for updates!
